How Leg Glow is organized

The store has three layers. Shopping covers the collections where you browse and buy printed activewear. Order help covers everything that happens after you pay: tracking, changes, shipping, returns and refunds. Store information covers who we are, how to reach us and the legal pages that set out how we work. Every page in the store fits into one of these, and the main menu, the footer and this sitemap all follow the same layout.

A few numbers come up on many pages, so here they are in one place: processing takes 1-3 business days, transit takes 7-14 business days, shipping is free with no minimum to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, orders ship from the USA, you can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering, and you can return anything within 60 days of delivery with a free return label.

Everything we sell is printed to order after you buy, so there is no separate “in stock” section to hunt for. If a product is listed, you can order it in any size shown on its page. Once it arrives, care is simple: wash prints cold and inside out to keep the colors bright for longer.

Order help: after you buy

These pages answer the questions that come up between paying and wearing. Each one covers its own topic so you do not have to read them all.

• Order Tracking lets you look up an order with your order number and email. Use it once your order has left processing to see where it is.
• Shipping & Delivery explains free shipping, the four countries we deliver to, processing and transit times, address changes and what to do if a parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it. It also covers sending a gift to an Australian or other address, and import duties outside the U.S., which depend on the destination country.
• Cancel or Change an Order covers the 24-hour window. A misspelled name in the order notes, a wrong size or a typo in your address can all be fixed if you email us within 24 hours of ordering.
• Returns & Exchanges Policy walks through sending an item back within 60 days of delivery, for any reason including change of mind or the wrong size, with a free return label and no restocking fee. Start here for exchanges, such as swapping capri for full-length.
• Refund Policy covers the money side: refunds go to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your return, and store credit never expires.
• Size Guide explains how to measure your waist, hips and inseam and how to choose between two sizes, for adults XS-3XL and 1X-4X and for kids 4Y-12Y.
• Payment Methods explains how payment works at checkout, when you are charged and what to do if a payment is declined. The options available to you are always shown at checkout.

Support: getting an answer

• FAQs answers the most common questions in a few lines each: sizing, prints, personalization, washing, shipping and returns. If your question is short, it is probably answered here.
• Help Center groups longer guides by topic, so you can work through a problem step by step, from choosing a size to caring for your prints by washing them cold and inside out.
• Contact Us gives our email address, support@legglow.shop, our business address and our response time: within 24 hours on business days. We help by email only.
• Submit a Ticket has ready-made email links for each topic, such as order changes, returns or photo prints, with a pre-filled subject line and a list of what to include so we can solve it in one reply.

Store information and legal pages

• About Us tells you who Leg Glow is, what we make and how made-to-order printing works.
• Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Customer photos for personalized prints are deleted 30 days after delivery, and we never sell personal information.
• Terms of Service sets out the rules for using the site and buying from us, including personalization through order notes, your promise that you have the right to use any photo or name you send, sales tax, and Indiana as the governing law.
• Intellectual Property Policy explains what content belongs to Leg Glow, what you can share, the kinds of logos and characters we do not print, and how to report a trademark or publicity concern.

What the automatic list above shows

The list near the top of this page is built by the store itself, so it updates whenever a page or collection is added. It shows the main store pages and the product categories that currently hold products. A category with nothing in it is hidden until new prints arrive, which keeps you from clicking into an empty page. The written guide on this page explains what each of those links is for, so use the two together: the list for speed, the guide for context.

Shopping paths by occasion

• Buying a gift. Start in Matching sets or Holiday prints, then read Shipping & Delivery for timing. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
• Dressing a group. For a bachelorette weekend or a family fun run, choose one print, collect everyone’s size first using the Size Guide, and place one order so the pieces travel together.
• Training in the cold. Look for the fleece-lined styles in Full-length leggings.
• Training in the heat. Try Capri leggings or Yoga shorts.
• Shopping extended sizes. Sizes 1X-4X are listed inside Leggings; check each product page for the sizes it comes in.
• Shopping for kids. Head to Kids activewear and measure your child before picking between two sizes.

Tips for finding things faster

• Search by print, not just by type. If you remember a pattern, like a galaxy or floral print, try the site search with that word before scrolling each collection.
• Use the footer. Every help and policy page is linked at the bottom of each page, so you never need to return to the homepage first.
• Check the product page details. Length, available sizes and personalization instructions are listed on each product. That is where to confirm 7/8 versus capri before you buy.
• Keep your order number handy. It is in your confirmation email and in My Account. Every support request goes faster with it.
• Empty collections hide themselves. If a seasonal category such as holiday prints is between drops, it may not appear in the list at the top of this page until new designs arrive.
