Leg Glow prints leggings, joggers, shorts, skorts, matching sets and kids activewear to order. To do that, we need a few details from you: where to send the parcel, how to reach you, and, for personalized pieces, the names, dates or photos you want on your print. This page tells you exactly what we collect on legglow.shop, why we collect it, who sees it, when we delete it and how you can take control of it. The business behind the store is Leg Glow, 2243 Sagamore Parkway West, West Lafayette, IN 47906, US. Questions about your data go to support@legglow.shop, and we reply within 24 hours on business days.
Your data at a glance
- We collect what it takes to print, pack and ship your order and to answer your emails. Nothing more.
- Photos you send for a photo or pet-photo print are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered.
- Whatever you type in the checkout order notes box (names, dates, photo details) is stored with your order so we can print it.
- We never sell your personal information, and we never rent out our customer list.
- The store uses the cookies it needs for the cart, checkout and account. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We never see or keep your full card number.
- Email us any time to see, fix or erase your information.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Leg Glow runs legglow.shop and decides how the information on this site is used. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Leg Glow at the address above. When it says “you”, it means anyone who browses the site, places an order, sends us an email or receives a parcel we ship. The store sells to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and this policy applies to all of them.
The store is built on WordPress with WooCommerce, which is the software that runs the product pages, cart, checkout and customer accounts. That software stores your order on the website’s own database rather than in a separate app.
2. What we collect and where it comes from
2.1 Details you type at checkout
To create an order, the checkout asks for your name, email address, billing address and shipping address, and any other field the checkout form shows as required. If you buy a gift, for example a pair of holiday-print leggings going to a friend’s Australian address, we also hold the recipient’s name and address. Please only give us someone else’s details when you have a good reason to, such as sending them a present.
2.2 Order notes and personalization details
Personalized pieces work through the order notes box at checkout. There is no upload plugin and no design tool. You type the exact name for a name-waistband pair, the date for an anniversary print, or a short description of the photo you plan to send. That text is saved with your order, printed onto your item as written, and kept in the order record afterward so we can answer questions about it. Because we do not send a proof before production, the order notes are the instruction we work from. Spotted a misspelled name? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we can still change it. Avoid typing anything sensitive in that box that does not belong on a print.
2.3 Photos you send us
For photo and pet-photo prints, you send the image by replying to your order confirmation email or by emailing support@legglow.shop with your order number. Think of the bachelorette weekend group shot on a set of matching leggings, or your dog’s face on a kids pair. We use that photo only to make the item you ordered. We do not post it, share it on any channel or use it to promote the store. Customer photos are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered. If you want a photo erased sooner, for example because you changed your mind about the print and cancelled within 24 hours, just ask and we will remove it once it is no longer needed for the order.
2.4 Emails and support messages
When you email us, we keep your address, your message, the attachments you send and our replies. A message about a parcel showing delivered but not found might include photos of your porch or a note from a neighbor. We use that only to solve the problem you raised.
2.5 Account details
If you create an account at My Account, we store your login email, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, saved addresses and your order history. We cannot read your password. Store credit tied to your account never expires, so we keep the credit balance with your account until you use it or ask us to close the account.
2.6 Technical information
Like every website, the server that hosts legglow.shop receives basic technical data when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time. The hosting system uses this to deliver pages, keep the site secure and spot abuse such as repeated failed logins. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
2.7 Information from payment providers
When you pay, the payment provider shown at checkout processes the transaction. It tells us whether the payment went through and gives us a transaction reference, and sometimes limited details such as the payment type. Full card numbers and security codes stay with the provider.
| Information | Why we need it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, billing and shipping address | Print, ship and support your order; send order emails | As long as tax and business records require |
| Order notes text (names, dates, photo details) | Print exactly what you asked for; answer questions later | Kept with the order record |
| Photos for photo and pet-photo prints | Make the item you ordered | Deleted 30 days after delivery |
| Support emails and attachments | Solve returns, exchanges, sizing and delivery questions | As long as useful for your request and any follow-up |
| Account login and saved addresses | Let you sign in, reorder and track orders | Until you close the account |
| Cart and session cookies | Keep your cart and checkout working | Until the session ends or the cookie expires |
| Server logs (IP, browser, time) | Deliver pages and protect the site | Short periods set by the hosting system |
3. How we use what we collect
- Making your order. Each piece is printed on demand after you order, so we pass the size, print and personalization details into production.
- Getting it to you. We use your address to ship from the USA within our 1-3 business day processing and 7-14 business day transit window, and to send you shipping updates.
- Fixing things. Returns within 60 days of delivery, exchanges when you ordered two sizes of the 7/8 pocket leggings to compare, a capri vs full-length mix-up, or a kid who grew from 6Y to 8Y faster than expected all need your order details.
- Paying refunds. We refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return, so we keep the transaction reference.
- Keeping records. Businesses must keep certain sales records. We hold order data for that reason.
- Protecting the store. We may look at order details to stop fraud or misuse.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly serious effects on you. If you join a store email list in the future, you will only get marketing emails you agreed to, and every one will have an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and are sent for every order.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the store, and only the part they need:
- Production partners receive your print file, size and shipping address so they can print and send your item from the USA.
- Delivery services receive your name and shipping address to deliver the parcel.
- The payment provider shown at checkout receives what it needs to process your payment.
- Website hosting and email services store the site and carry our emails.
These services may use your data only to do their job for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect customers or the store from fraud, or if the business is transferred to a new owner, who would then have to respect this policy. We never sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies on legglow.shop
WooCommerce sets small cookies that remember what is in your cart, keep your checkout session together and keep you signed in to your account. Without them, the cart empties every time you change pages. These cookies are necessary for the store to work, so they are set when you use the cart or checkout. We do not add third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, but if you block the necessary ones, the cart and checkout will stop working.
6. How long we keep it
The table in section 2 shows each type of data. In short: photos go 30 days after delivery, account data goes when you close your account, and order records stay as long as tax and business record rules require. When we no longer need something, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
7. How we protect it
The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to make, ship or support your order. Passwords are stored hashed. No website is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires it. Never email card numbers or passwords to us; we will never ask for them.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong, such as a misspelled shipping street;
- delete your information, including a photo before the 30-day mark, where we do not need to keep it for the law or an open order;
- give you a copy of your data in a common format;
- stop using your data for a particular purpose, or withdraw any consent you gave.
Residents of some places, including certain U.S. states, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, have specific privacy rights under their local laws. We honor those rights for every customer. Email support@legglow.shop from the address on your order, and we may ask a simple question to confirm it is you. We answer within the time the law allows and never treat you differently for asking.
9. Children
We sell kids activewear in sizes 4Y to 12Y, but the store is for adults buying for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you send a photo of a child for a print, you are confirming you are their parent or guardian or have that person’s permission. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Information that crosses borders
Leg Glow is based in Indiana and our services may store data in the United States. If you order from Canada, Australia or New Zealand, your information is processed in the U.S. to make and ship your order. We protect it the same way wherever it is handled.
11. Updates to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will put a clear notice on the site.
